We meet three times a week to enjoy the beauty of the early morning and build a supportive hiking community. \n  \nMeeting Time: 5 AM \nHike Begins: 5:15 AM SHARP \nDuration: We’re back down by 8 AM \nMeeting location: Griffith Park Merry-Go-Round Parking Lot Number One \nGPS Coordinates: 34.1315078\, -118.2829861 \n  \nRequired to bring: \n•Proper hiking shoes (To avoid injury) \n•Water (2 liters minimum) \n•Snacks/Food (For Energy) \n•Small flashlight or headlamp \n•Bug spray (Highly Recommended) \n•Medication (If necessary) \n  \nDogs: \nMedium and large dogs are welcome but must be leashed at all times.
