Please bring dog food\, snacks\, water\, and a trash bag to clean up after them. \n  \nRules and Guidelines: \n1.Community and Connection: Build a community of like-minded individuals who support and motivate each other. \n2.Consistency and Commitment: Show up consistently for physical health\, mental clarity\, and preparing for larger challenges. \n3.Respect and Safety: Ensure safety and respect.
